When you request or book a service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details, appointment preferences and notes you choose to provide. Basic technical information may also be processed to keep the site secure and understand performance.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review and schedule appointments, provide services, communicate with you, respond to questions, improve the customer experience and meet applicable legal obligations.
Online booking
Online booking is connected to Auto Detailing CRM. Information entered in the booking flow is securely sent to that service for scheduling, customer management and follow-up. Cloudflare Turnstile is used at submission to help prevent automated abuse.
Cookies and browser storage
The booking experience may use essential browser storage needed for its operation and security. This website does not currently use an optional analytics provider or store an analytics-consent preference.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the business or when required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

You may ask about the information associated with your booking or request a correction by calling (808) 561-7248. Browser controls can also be used to clear stored site preferences.
