Detailing is not hazardous-material remediation. Active mold, bodily fluids, needles, pests or other unsafe contamination may require professional remediation and can be declined.
Please describe the condition honestly in booking notes. Accurate information protects the detailer, helps avoid a wasted visit and leads to a more realistic recommendation.
